Born on 13th August 1955. Qualification
is M.A. L.L.B. Practised as advocate in District Courts Hamirpur Revenue
Courts, Divisional Commissioner Court and Financial Commissioner Court
w.e.f. 1978 to 1999. Thereafter selected as Additional District &
Sessions Judge in the year 1999 and joined as Additional District &
Sessions Judge Solan on 28th May 1999. Thereafter posted as District
& Sessions Judge Solan and thereafter posted as District &
Sessions Judge Chamba. Thereafter posted as District & Sessions Judge
Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr and thereafter posted as President District
Consumer Forum Kangra and Chamba. Thereafter posted as Registrar
Inspection in High Court of Himachal Pradesh and thereafter posted as
President District Consumer Forum Shimla, Solan, Sirmour and Kinnaur. Thereafter
posted as District & Sessions Judge Mandi and thereafter posted as
District & Sessions Judge Kangra w.e.f. 16.01.2009 till 30.07.2012
forenoon. Thereafter joined as District & Sessions Judge Shimla H.P.
w.e.f. 01.08.2012. Thereafter elevated as Additional Judge of the High
Court of Himachal Pradesh and assumed the Office as such on 5th May,
2014.Took oath as Judge of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh on 30 th
November 2014 (Forenoon).Retired on 02nd January,2017. Joined as
President, H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla on
03 January,2017 and retired on 30-06-2020.
