    Born on 24.01.1926. Enrolled pleader at Dharamshala in 1949; Advocate in 1953. Practised on Civil, Revenue and Criminal sides. Appointed  Additional Judge at High Court of H. P.  from 31.10.1979. Appointed permanent Judge on  01.01.1983. Retired on 24.1.1988.   Worked as President, H. P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission from 01.11.1989 to 24.01.1991.
